Suggestion Therapy.

Suggestion Therapy is used to increase performance in a given area where there is nothing psychologically or emotionally holding you back from greater performance. Typical examples are people looking for greater success in such areas as golf, confidence, selling skills, business planning, goal setting, studying/ examinations and driving test performance.

Suggestion Therapy works because you focus on what you want and not on what you don’t want, for example

Don’t think of a pink elephant.

Suggestion therapy usually takes one session and a “CD” recording of the session is provided so that the session can be reinforced in the privacy of your own home.

Analytical Therapy.

This is the process by which the cause of the client’s distress is identified and removed. A person, due simply to our make up as human beings, possibly will not know why they get panic attacks, suffer poor confidence and self-esteem, depression or over eat or binge eat for example. This undesirable behaviour can only be stopped if the root cause of the behaviour is identified and illuminated. This usually brings a cessation to the symptoms of the root cause. Analytical therapy usually takes 6 to 10 weekly sessions. A specific Hypnotic relaxation “CD” is recorded to reinforce the sessions at home for the client.
